By using any part of this website, completing your newsletter registration with us and/or placing an order on the website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by us to the buyer hereafter referred to as the “Customer”, “you” or “your”.
These terms and conditions and your use of the website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit the -exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Order:
Ordering couldn't be easier just add the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart and follow the step by step instructions to checkout. If you have any questions please contact me.
Payment is by Paypal or Credit/Debit card, simply follow the on screen instructions to complete your order.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please contact me and I will send you an invoice. Once payment has cleared into my account I will confirm receipt, make up your order and confirm dispatch.
FERN+FELL is a trading name of Lomas&Lomas Ltd and Lomas&Lomas LTD is the name that will appear on your Paypal/Credit card/Debit card receipts
We endeavour to cut our waste where ever possible so the outer packaging postal boxes + wrapping materials may have been previously recycled & reused. This will not affect the contents.
All prices are quoted in GP £
Shipping costs below are within the UK only and will be charged in addition to the price of any goods. Cost is calculated based on weight.
Packages are shipped via courier services on 2-3 day service or Royal Mail, depending on weight. You will receive an email from our courier to advise a delivery is on its way.
Shipping weight is calculated as follows:
Under 500g - £2.50
500g to 1 kilo - £3.95
1-2 kilos - £5.95
2-5 kilos - £6.95
5-10 kilos - £8.95
10+ kilos - £12.50
Shipping is charged at just actual postage costs.
For shipping outside of the UK please contact me for a shipping quote before making a purchase through the online store.
Production & Delivery
Your candle is made in Cumbria, fresh to order and as such can take 7 working days to produce then ship. If I am experiencing a busy time with orders you will be informed of any delays to production & delivery times at the time of order. If you are on a deadline or wish to upgrade delivery services please contact me first before placing an order to avoid any disappointment.
Cancellations & Returns
You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when returning items.
If you require a refund I will refund the price paid by you for the products, return postage is the responsibility of the buyer except where a product is faulty.

Credit card details are not retained. Your data is not sold to third parties. Your email & telephone details are only given to our couriers so that they can efficiently deliver your order.
The only information stored is your order details (includes: name, address, telephone number & e-mail address) for the purpose of our accounting responsibilities.
CANDLE LOVERS CLUB CANCELLATION:
You can cancel at anytime, I just ask you cancel with one weeks notice prior to your monthly direct debit date ( this will be the same date each month your payment is taken)
