How Candle Lovers Loyalty works - FAQ

How Do I Join?
Create a FERN+FELL account here (or use drop down menu), sign up and you will automatically become part of the Candle Lovers Loyalty programme. 

How do I earn loyalty points?
For every £1 you spend in my online shop, you earn 1 point. You can earn points on every purchase, not just candles.

When you’ve earned 100 points you will be rewarded with £10 off your next purchase (with minimum basket spend of £22).  You will receive an email when you've reached 100 points.
 

How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
You will receive an email to unlock your discount when you’ve earned 100 points but you can check your points any time by logging into your account and checking ‘my rewards’.

How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward you will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your discount. A minimum basket of £22 applies.

Terms and Conditions

 

• FERN+FELL reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.

• Coupons/Discounts can only be redeemed once, with a minimum basket spend £22.

• If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount may be subtracted from the return credit.
